The Bobbio Reuben

Bobbio writes: This is my creation, so if you're a Reuben purist, tough noogies.
Per sammich:
2 slices pumpernickel
2 slices deli Swiss cheese
enough homemade applewood smoked pastrami to cover bread
3 slices peppered bacon
Thousand Island salad dressing to taste
sauerkraut to taste
Assemble bread, cheese, pastrami, and bacon into standard sammich stack,
nuke until cheese is melty, then add kraut and dressing. Nom nom nom
will ensue.
