2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (extra sharp is best)
2 sticks butter (or, if you must, margarine, but buttah's bettah!)
2 cups self-rising flour
2 cups crispy rice cereal (note the ingenious way I don't say a name brand)
salt and cayenne pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Allow cheese and butter to soften. Grate cheese and combine with butter, salt and cayenne pepper. Add flour one cup at a time. Mix in the crispy rice (ingenious, I say!) cereal. Pinch off little bits of dough and roll into itty bitty
